Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us at lordssoncompany@gmail.com. Orders with Shipping Protection get a free replacement, no questions asked.
Customs and duties
Some countries may charge import taxes or duties. These are set by your local customs office and aren't included in our prices.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
